Tettenhall Medical Practice and Wood Road Surgery have full wheelchair access into the buildings, as well as; disabled Parking, Disabled WC, step free access.
If you require an interpreter please inform reception with notice of your appointment.

Non-urgent advice: Unity Hub – Extended Access Service
We are a member of the Unity Hub which enables us to offer extended access to appointments for our patients outside of our surgery hours.
Unity Hub operates from Pennfields Medical Centre, Upper Zoar Street, Wolverhampton WV3 0JH
Unity Hub provides appointments for our patients:
– 6.30pm – 8.00pm weekdays
– 8.00am – 2.00pm Saturdays & Sundays
– Bank holidays 9.00am – 12 noon
Appointments for these sessions can be booked either in advance through the surgery or on the day by calling 01902 446688 (Pennfields Medical Practice).
Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours Service
If you need to see a doctor urgently between 6.30 pm and 8.00 am Monday to Friday or at anytime over a weekend or a Bank Holiday when the surgery is closed please telephone 111.
Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both land lines and mobiles
Alternatively view NHS 111 website which offers free expert, up to date health information and advice 24 hours a day
For those patients who have difficulties communicating or hearing you can:
– call 18001 111 on a textphone
– use the NHS 111 British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter service

The Urgent Care Centre is based at New Cross Hospital on the 1st floor above the Emergency Department.
