New Patient Registration
New patients living within our catchment area (please see the boundary map below) are welcome to join the practice; if you wish to register with us you can present at either surgery and complete a standard form (alternatively download a copy of the form here).
You can also register with the surgery online via the link above.
We also ask each patient, over the age of 16 years, to complete a questionnaire about their health & medication (a copy of this patient questionnaire can be downloaded here)
All new patients over the age of 16 years are also invited to attend a new patient medical with the Health Care Assistant or Practice Nurse. This will make sure that our records are accurate and all routine checks to promote your health and well-being (such as blood pressure / smear tests / mammograms) are up-to-date.

Overseas Visitors
Those who visit the UK from overseas must pay for their care when they are in England.
In 2015 changes were made to how the NHS charges overseas visitors for healthcare so the NHS does not lose out on income for the services these patients have received.
Temporary Registration
If you’re currently staying with a friend or family member within our GP surgery area for more than 24 hours but less than 3 months, you can ask to register as a temporary resident. You can find more information on registering as a temporary resident on the NHS website.
